Starting Again

I started blogging about fifteen years ago, back when blogs were everywhere. Then life happened. Work, pressure, responsibilities. I stopped publishing and took a long break. Almost ten years.

I never really stopped writing, though. I kept writing for myself. Notes, drafts, half-finished ideas. Writing helps me learn, slow down, and make sense of things. It’s how I clear my head and organize what I think I know.

I’m restarting this blog now for a simple reason. I’m growing into a team lead role, and I’m learning a lot along the way. Some lessons are obvious. Some only show up after you get things wrong. I want a place to write about those lessons and small experiments in leadership, communication, and engineering work.

This isn’t a polished playbook. It’s a log of what I’m trying, what works, and what doesn’t. If any of it helps even one person, that’s good enough.
