I’m an engineer and team lead working at the intersection of product, engineering, and delivery, with a focus on clarity, quality, and trust. I’ve spent the last 15+ years building software across startups, biotech, and SaaS.

I’m particularly interested in how engineering organizations evolve in the age of AI, i.e. how teams build AI-enabled products, design resilient systems, and grow engineers into thoughtful leaders.
